Licensed Clinical Psychologist
About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering online therapy for adults across California.
Through my own experience, I know that therapy isn’t about being “fixed” but about finding more understanding, freedom, and compassion for yourself that can bring on change. That belief is at the heart of how I practice and how I connect with the people I work with.

How I Work
Collaborative, steady, and rooted in respect and curiosity.
I believe in therapy because I’ve experienced its impact personally. Having been a client myself, I know what it’s like to sit in the other chair—to take the risk of opening up, to feel both hope and uncertainty about what might change. That experience shapes how I approach my work as a therapist: with empathy, humility, and deep respect for the courage it takes to do this kind of work.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Incorporating a warm, steady presence to our work, combining evidence-based practices with deep respect for your lived experience.
My approach is relational and client-centered; sessions are always guided by what matters most to you. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care to help you feel more connected—to yourself, to your relationships, and to your values. This means that sometimes we explore past experiences that inform how you are today, and other times we work on more practical approaches to your daily life.
I work with adults across many stages of life—from young professionals navigating burnout or big decisions, to couples working through conflict or adjusting to new roles. Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, I offer a space that’s welcoming, grounded, and free of judgment.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s showing up—and begin the work of change.

Perinatal therapy makes room for the full emotional landscape—grief and joy, longing and love, frustration and transformation. My role is to walk alongside you with steadiness, clinical care, and compassion.
