Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Kim Rexford, PsyD, PMH-C ("I," "me," or "my") is committed to keeping any personal information ("Information") collected from visitors to this website (the "Site") private and secure. This Privacy Policy governs how that Information is collected and used. Your continued use of the Site serves as your consent to this Policy.
This Policy covers the Site only. If you are a current or prospective therapy client, information you share with me during the course of care is protected health information governed by HIPAA, California confidentiality law, and the Notice of Privacy Practices provided to you separately at intake, not by this Policy.
How I Collect Information
The Site is a marketing and contact resource. I do not collect or store client information through the Site beyond what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.
The Site is hosted on Wix.com. Wix automatically collects certain technical data from visitors (such as IP address, browser type, and general usage data) as part of operating the platform. That collection is governed by Wix's own privacy policy, not by me.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information submitted through the contact form solely to:
-
Respond to your inquiry
-
Schedule a discovery call or appointment, if requested
-
Maintain a basic record of prospective client outreach
I do not use contact form submissions for marketing to third parties, and I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How I Store, Share, and Disclose Information
Contact form submissions are stored through Wix.com's platform and associated tools (such as email). Wix stores data on secure servers behind a firewall; please refer to Wix's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling and security practices.
I do not share or disclose your information to third parties, except:
-
As necessary to respond to your inquiry (for example, scheduling tools)
-
If required to comply with a law, regulation, or legal process
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
-
Know what personal information I collect about you and how it is used
-
Request deletion of your personal information
-
Correct inaccurate personal information
-
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (I do not sell or share your information)
-
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, reach out through my Contact page. I will respond within the timeframe required by California law.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 18.
Cookies
Wix may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. For more detail, see Wix's Cookie Policy.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
