Reflections, resources, and gentle reminders — all in one place.

This is where I share reflections on therapy, healing, and the moments that ask us to grow, drawn from both my clinical work and my own experience with therapy. Whether you're just starting to explore support or simply craving a little perspective, you're welcome here.

Therapy is often framed as something we do alone — a deeply personal space for reflection and healing. And it absolutely can be. But sometimes, what brings us to therapy isn’t just our own experience — it’s the weight of showing up for someone else.

Maybe your partner is navigating anxiety, grief, or postpartum adjustment. Maybe you're going through fertility treatment together or trying to stay connected while parenting a newborn. Or maybe you’re not sure what to call what’s happening — only that you feel distant, overwhelmed, or unsure of your role.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and therapy can help you, too.

Partners carry a lot, often silently. You may feel like you're supposed to stay strong or supportive, even as you struggle to name your own emotions. In therapy, there’s space for you to be seen — not just as a partner, but as a full person navigating change, uncertainty, and hope in your own way.

You don't have to wait until things fall apart. Whether you're seeking support individually or as a couple, you're welcome here.

Not ready to reach out? That's okay.

Take your time exploring — these reflections and resources are here whenever you need them. When you're ready to talk, I'm here.
